by far this is the worst car dealership i've ever seen. I bought my Vehicle in May. When i test drove my vehicle i had no lights on the dash. The day of delivery the air bag light was on. I spoke to Joe about it and he said he'd take care of it. They took the vehicle in and said there was a sensor was replaced and should be good to go. When i picked it up the light was still on and they claimed that they didn't put the sensor in yet. So i dropped it back off and still the light was still on. Joe claimed that i needed to take it to the Chevy dealership to get it programmed. I brought it somewhere else and the sensor wasn't programmed right and another sensor was bad. I talked to Joe and he just brushes me off every time I talk to him. He is extremely rude and unprofessional. At one point on the phone he yelled at me and told me to "come up with extra money" to get brakes done in the back and claimed he was trying to "help me out". One week after i bought the vehicle wheel bearings were messed up, ball joints, pretty much everything in the front wheels. I paid $300 in three separate transactions of $100 deductible for the warranty company to get it fixed. AND he charged for an alignment and I let it go because i didn't think it was a huge deal, and the vehicle would be fine. Today i was told the ball joints are STILL bad and all my tires need to be replaced because of a BAD ALLIGNMENT. i've been telling SINCE DAY ONE the alignment was messed up and the ball joints are still bad. I'm so beyond pissed off right now and my air bag is still on. THE DAY OF DELIVERY MY AIR BAG LIGHT WAS ON. They're horrible business people and NEVER took care of anything with my vehicle correctly. Everything is half-assed and i'm still having problems 6 months into owning the vehicle. I'm going to contact Joe another time about the air bag and see if the sensors can be fixed by him. I'm very disappointed and I would definitely never buy a vehicle from here without having it professionally looked at first. These three family members trying to run business here are doing a very horrible job.
Bought 2007 mustang at a fair price,received free 90 day warranty, had problem within the time of warranty and was delighted with their response to my problem,would recommend them to anyone looking for a good used vehicle at a fair price.
I drove the vehicle for a touch over a month..paid 1 payment and now im in the hole $650....They pretty much sold me a lemon and then tried to make me pay for the issues!!! Took it in twice to Jessmores the second time after they did not fix the issues..the Owner got very rude with me and even cursed and hung up on me. They will be hearing from the Better Business Bureau and the company that I got my loan from. The vehicle is now in the hands of my own mechanic and its costing me over $500 to fix!!! Jessmores vehicle's are lemons and the service was awful..

HORRIBLE SALES TEAM! REFUSED TO TRY GETTING ME FINANCED ON THE TRUCK I WANTED! GOT APPROVED AT A DIFFERENT DEALER FOR A TRUCK THAT WAS 4 GRAND MORE! HORRIBLE PLACE TO DO BUSINESS! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE!
