I was there with my 5 year old granddaughter she was very excited about the fabric that was being cut for her dress and shared it with the lady cutting. The employee was kind of nice but really didn't want to be bothered. Checking out at the register was a great experience because I couldn't get my coupon to come up on my tablet but I was still allowed to use it.

I was quickly directed to what I was looking for, but checkout was disappointing. My phone would not load the JoAnn coupon and the cashier was not the least bit helpful. I paid full price, when I had coupon on my phone. Maddening. I will go elsewhere next time.
