My boyfriend and I went in looking for something for him to get me for Christmas. They wet super helpful and nice! The ring came in when it was said to arrive! Couldn't be happier!
Manager is extremely rude and inconsiderate. I called for a friend to see if her ring repair was ready and was not spoken to with any type of respect. I will not shop at this location ever again.
Staff was very disrespectful when asking about a ring we had sent off 3 weeks ago. They were just as rude when dropping it off. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt thinking they may of had a bad day but two times no!
