Dr. Davis and his staff really care about you and your animals! Facility is state of the art.

Always a great visit, not sure my little dog would agree :) but I have had my pets here for over 20 years

I recently brought a cat for neutering (a feral I had tamed and grown to love) which did not survive the surgery due to a bad reaction to anesthesia. I was heartbroken and cried for days. While making arrangements I requested private cremation and paid with a credit card. When I received my receipt and statement I was surprised to see I had been charged for distemper and rabies shots, as well as neutering - which I was later told was actually for the anesthesia. Everyone I have talked to feels I should not have been charged since my beloved pet had died.

(Ok' this just got serious!) I said to her do you mean to tell me my poor dog has been in pain all this time and I paid ( around about) $350 for a xray of the wrong leg??? She replied' not sure what happened there but Jax definitely needs a new xray for his poor leg! I explained to her that I could not afford another xray! She told me don't worry about it I'm gonna go talk to the Dr (Davis) and see if we can straiten this out and get Jax that xray! So she leave the room and a few minutes later Dr Davis enters and proceeds to tell me it was his back leg and they wouldn't make this kind of mistake! I told him im not sure what's going on but there has been an error' it has always been his front leg! He never had any issues with his back leg! He then say's well I wouldn't make this up' it says right here it was his back leg! At this point I was so upset and angry I began to cry! I tried to tell him again' Jax has never had any issues with his back leg Its always been the front right facing leg! He insisted they were right , they don't make them kinds of mistakes and I was wrong! I could not believe how this was being handled! It was very disgraceful, he had a lack of responsibility for there actions! I was so angry I couldn't speak without looking it so I had to bite my rouge cause I had my 8 yr old daughter with me asking why I was crying and if I was ok! The Dr then said all I can do is give him some more aspirin! ( unfreaking believable!!!) I told him his aspirin did not help seeing he's been misdiagnosed and I can't afford another xray! He says ' ill tell you what's did we already give him all his shots today? I said yes! I also got 6mo worth of heart worm meds. ( for $66) he said ok how about this- you don't have to pay for today's visit! you can go get a second opinion and so you can afford the xray! if you could let me know what you find out? I'm curious to no what's going on! At this point I said fine! I just wanted to get out of there! I get to the check out and the lady behind the desk day's that will be $150 I said Dr said he wasn't charging me for today! She said that was just the $30 room fee hes not charging! Wow' Thanks for all your help buddy! Never again! Gross negligence!

I had been a customer of this clinic for more than 10 years and they treated my cat and two dogs, and one previous dog that had passed away. Until recently I was highly satisfied. Since September 2017 they have misdiagnosed my dog twice. When the antibiotics they prescribed wore off and her still undiagnosed infection returned, they told me that they could not see her for six days because they were all booked up. They nonchalantly told me I could take her to an emergency clinic instead, even when I told them that the dog had stopped eating and was having trouble breathing. This was shocking as they had been treating this problem for the past two months and knew the history. I had no choice but to pick up my records and find another vet.

I have been bringing my pets here for almost 20 yrs and this last visit was unbelievably horrific to say the least! I have never seen such disarray lack of acknowledgement or been treated so unfairly in all my life!!! I brought my German shepherd (Jax) into the office last October 2016 because I believed he injured his right facing paw/leg while in his crate. Needless to say he needed a xray and around about $350 dollars latter I was told he had a bruised bone that was genetic and common in large German shepherd males and there was nothing they can do for it accept give him aspirin for pain! I brought Jax home and over the months he would get better then be limping in pain agian! This went on for awhile and I was concerned that maybe they missed something because this just didn't seem normal that this would just be a revolving cycle! Since he was do for his rabbies shot I asked if they could reveiw the xray and exspressed my concerns! The nurse/tech listened to the issue, went over the shots he needed then said' I see Jax had a kennel cough shot last time will you be getting him another? I was surprised by the question' I said the only reason, I would ever get him a kennel cough shot is if I was going to put him in a kennel. Jax has never been in a kennel! I asked is this something you guys do regularly now or something? She replied no. I was very confused on why he would of had a kennel cough shot but before I could get out anymore questions she got up and said the Dr will be with you and exited the room! The female Dr entered the room and went over jaxsons situation and said' I see he had a xray on his back right leg last time he was here! I laughed it off thinking she mis spoke and I replied I hope not because there's nothing wrong with his back leg Its his front leg! She said' wow ok, this is definitely a xray of his back right leg.
